Our Team
Michelle O'Sullivan
With over 17 years of experience within Locumotion, delving into all roles within the business, Michelle continues to champion the needs of the team, our doctors and our customers. Whilst the landscape is ever-changing and always challenging, people are at the core of our business and values and will continue to be our motivation and driver, to succeed.
Dr. Paddy Halligan
Dr. Paddy was a GP in Cavan for 36 years and holds a Master's Degree in Medical Science. He is an associate Lecturer at University College Dublin, has trained several GPs and presented at multiple international conferences over the years.
Esther Muldowney
Esther has been with us for more than 5 years now, working as a Placement Manager for permanent GP positions within Centric Health nationwide.
Jennifer Lowrie
Jennifer Joined Centric Health in 2020 and began recruiting Nurses, among other roles. She then worked as a Practice Manager for a year before joining Locumotion as a GP Recruitment Team Lead, recruiting and placing GPs throughout most of Ireland.
Jobbymon Thomas
Passionate about bridging the gap between outstanding medical professionals and their dream career opportunities, Jobby brings 7 years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition to the table.
Erica Bowen
Erica joined the Locumotion Team in October 2023. Armed with an MSc in HR Management from UCD, her journey includes valuable internships in recruitment settings, where she thrived in demanding, commercially focused environments.
Samantha Byrne
Samantha studied International Hospitality and Tourism Management at TUD, and after various Client-facing roles, she's now our GP Recruitment Partner.
Henrika Martin
Henrika supports Dublin and the northeast region with permanent and locum positions. In addition to this, she has a keen interest in public health and psychology, bringing a fresh perspective and diverse skill set to the Locumotion Team.
Matthew Walsh
From South Africa, now living and working in Ireland. Matt has a degree in Business Management from Varsity College in Cape Town, and has worked in various sectors of recruitment for 5 years.
Emmie Thomas
Emmie is the newest member of the Locumotion team, bringing valuable experience as a former practice manager. She’s passionate about supporting both doctors and practices, and is excited to be part of a team that makes a real difference in primary care.
Sushmita Sridhar
Sushmita brings extensive experience in HR and recruitment, having worked in diverse sectors such as online retail and staffing. As our GP Admin, she is committed to improving recruitment strategies and delivering high-quality results.
