Established in 2000, Locumotion is a long established recruitment company that is founded, owned and lead by doctors.
We serve over 400 GP Family Practices, out of hours co-ops and urgent care clinics. We are the sole medical provider to Irish Prison Service and VHI SwiftCare. No agency can offer GP doctors more opportunities than Locumotion.
Unique to Locumotion, our successful candidates commence their new placement having completed focused in-house Clinical and Administrative induction training programmes, run by our medical directors. This enables our Locums to be more immediately effective in their new workplace.

Cillian Brazil
GP Placement Lead
Cillian has worked within Locumotion for over 4 years. During this time, he has worked closely with Doctors and customer alike, and now leads the GP placement team to coordinate the needs of our customers and help support our Doctors. He is always at hand to take a call, answer a question or to take 5 mins out for chat.
Irial O'Sullivan
GP Recruitment Lead
Irial studied Computer Science and Business at college. Before becoming a Clinical Recruiter, he was involved with Bridge21 – an education programme at Trinity College Dublin. Since joining Locumotion in June 2016, he’s worked on both the recruitment and placement side of the business. Currently, he leads Locumotion’s Recruitment Desk.
