Ensuring that we provide you with the right locum that best matches your requirements is of paramount importance to us. We have developed a very strict screening process to assess and screen potential candidates for medical placements.
Our screening process includes:
- In depth interview with our medical director
- Verification of CV and qualification
- 2 authenticated GP references
- Individual evaluation of personality, clinical skills, experience and motivation
- Investigation of any complaints or cases against the doctor in the past
- Full registration with Irish medical council
- Full medical indemnity insurance
- Police Clearance/Vetting
Our guarantee to you
Through our screening process, we ensure that only the best candidates are available for your practice. Before the first placement, we conduct a half-day cultural and clinical orientation session with the new doctor to ensure that they are completely informed of the requirements they will need to fulfil, that they are familiar with the HPCSA and the responsibilities and challenges of the position they will be assuming. We are always available by phone for our locum doctors.

The best way that we can guarantee you a locum is if you make your booking as early as possible. We encourage you to fill out our Holiday Planner and fax it back as soon as possible so we can begin to arrange a locum for you.
