- Verification of CV and qualification
- 2 authenticated GP references
- Individual evaluation of personality, clinical skills, experience and motivation
- Investigation of any complaints or cases against the doctor in the past
- Full registration with Australian medical council
- Full medical indemnity insurance
- Police clearance

Through our screening process, we ensure that only the best candidates are available for your practice. Before the first placement, our we conduct a half-day cultural and clinical orientation session with the new doctor to ensure that they are completely informed of the requirements they will need to fulfil, that they are familiar with the AMC and Australian Health service and the responsibilities and challenges of the position they will be assuming.
